Includes:
Initial meeting to understand the client's needs and style
Visit to the property
Delivery of digital mood board or textures and proposal with suggestions for improvement. (delivery time between 5 to 7 days after visiting the property).
2. Property re-style
For clients looking to remodel their home or office and modernize them by adapting new kitchens, toilets, flooring, plumbing, electricity, etc. Or just some partition, such as a kitchen, toilet or garden.
The re-style of the property is charged according to the size of the space.
Includes:
Area survey.
Plan design with proposal for new spaces.
Hiring a contractor and supervising the work.
It may or may not include the negotiation of the contract value and the purchase of materials.
3. Decoration from the beginning til the end
Ideal for those who purchase a home and want to decorate it entirely, with a specific style and defined design concept. At the end your home is delivered with the key in hand ready to move in.

Style definition
Creation of digital mood board or textures according to the defined style
Creation of furniture list to include by partition
Purchase of materials
Transport and assembly

Companies that need to relocate workers and urgently need to fill the houses or apartments with furniture where their employees will live during the term of the contract.
