HIGH END CONCEPT

JOLI GUESTHOUSE was conceived in the TROPICAL CHIQUE. TROPICAL, bringing the textures of straws and woods, the greens of plants and wallpapers of the kind, and CHIC welcoming vintage pieces old and clad in golden tones, mixing mirrors of different formats. Throughout the decor, pastel and dry tones prevailed, inviting the guest to comfort and tranquility.

BUDGET CONCEPT

In JOLI NYERERE a total restyle line was adopted. Combining materials such as burnt / stroked cement in the bathrooms and kitchen, and maintaining the old design of the house. The interior has been decorated with the combination of the old and the modern, through the restyle of some old pieces such as a sewing machine and armchair, mixing with original touches of color in the kitchen and the darker tones in the line of sofas and decorative pieces.

In both projects a total rehabilitation was done including the replacement of plumbing and electricity.
